10/10! Called Denis bc my dryer was squeaking and it was an intolerable sounds for me and my neighbors. He came to my house within 3 hours of me calling. Super quick response time!

He took my dryer apart and gave me a reasonable quote. He had the replacement part in his work van and was able to do the repair within two hours. Accurate assessment and great pricing

I think he saved our entire house from a dryer lint fire, to be honest! On the inside, lint was darkened and could have sparked a fire if not cleaned out. I learned a valuable lesson to have regular service maintenance on my appliances. Grateful to Denis. He’s the best in town!

My refrigerator ice maker wasn’t making any ice. I requested for quotes here on yelp. This was on Saturday around 4:30pm. Almost instantly, I received 4 messages. I wasn’t sure which one to pick. But I decided to go with TrueCare Appliance. I was hoping they would come out that evening. But I was pretty sure it was too late. I really hoped they would come out on Sunday instead of Monday. Low and behold, they scheduled it for Sunday in the afternoon. Denis came by immediately found the problem and that he had the part! He fixed it no time. He told me to wait for 24 hours for the ice maker to start making ice. Within 4 hours, I heard the ice maker dropping ice in the bin! I was really happy!

On 3/19/2023, my twenty year old Whirlpool dryer stopped working.  After reviewing some repair shops on Yelp I decided to give TrueCare a chance.  I sent Denis a Yelp message describing what happened to my dryer and my desire to have it repaired.  It was easy to schedule a repair time with Denis.  The next day Denis showed up to my home as promised.  He immediately got to work and diagnosed the problem.  After twenty years the dryer’s belt had snapped in two.  Denis was able to repair the problem at a reasonable price.  

As you can imagine the inside of the dryer where the belt broke had a ton of  dirt, dust bunnies and cobwebs.  Denis vacuumed all this junk up and lubricated all the spinning parts inside the dryer.  Wow, my dryer now runs smooth and quiet.  Denis did a great job; thorough and most of all reasonably priced.  Without hesitation I would recommend TrueCare to friends and family and use again when needed.

Our refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling on Friday morning. I called Denis that afternoon and he made it to our home at 9pm. Unfortunately the compressor failed and the part alone was $500-600 dollars plus labor.  We decided to get a brand new unit instead, since fixing  it was not cost efficient. I’m giving Denis 5 stars for being so responsive and stopping by even that late at night. He even offered to come back the next day (if the part was available) had I decided to move on with the repair. Excellent customer service.

Great service! Our refrigerator recently stopped working so I called TrueCare Appliance Solutions to come to our house and check it out.

Our kitchen is very small, making it difficult to get behind refrigerator.  Denis was not only able to do this but did so without any complaints, even when he had to climb over our countertop to reach it.

Denis was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond by coming on a Sunday and his price was very reasonable.  He was able to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator, but after discussing our options, we decided it made more sense to purchase a new one instead of repairing it.

If I ever have an appliance that needs repair in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Denis and TrueCare Appliance Solutions. I really appreciated his professionalism, skill, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Last week my dryer makes this loud noise. A friend of mine recommend Dennis to check on our dryer. Customer service is awesome, Dennis reponded quickly schedule for an appointment.
